How far in advance should we book?
Weekends book first, so the earlier the better. A month out is comfortable. Two weeks is possible but we cannot always promise your first choice of vehicle.
Does the clock start when we leave the hotel?
The meter starts at the first pickup and runs until the final drop-off. That includes waiting time, photos stops, and traffic. We build a realistic schedule so nothing feels rushed.
Can we split the ride between the wedding party and guests?
Yes. Two separate vehicles for different groups is common. We coordinate the timing so each car arrives exactly when it needs to.
What happens if traffic is bad?
We drive Boston every day. We know the shortcuts, the bridge schedules, and the spots where construction slows things down. A good driver is the difference between late and on time.
Do you help with the dress and the suit?
Yes. We open doors, hold umbrellas, and help with fabric so nothing gets caught. No rushing, no awkward folding. Just a clean exit and entry.
Is there a deposit?
A credit card holds the date. The full balance is due one week before. Cancel up to 48 hours out and the deposit returns. Short notice means it stays.
